Job Description: Pay Range: $47hr - $52hr Responsibilities:
- Strong Knowledge of US, Canada and LATAM Payrolls.
- Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant, and timely manner.
- Create and document payroll policies and procedures.
- Monitor Payroll In-Box and respond to employee queries in a timely manner.
- Support payroll team with employee queries via ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Support all internal and external audits related to payroll.
- Experience in year-end tasks but not limited to W-2's/T4's reporting.
- Clear understanding of 401k/ESPP/Stock Transactions (RSU and ESPP Gain).
- Have knowledge of multi-state and federal taxation law.
- Oversee compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Coordinate with HR/Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and seamless payroll processing.
- ssist Sr. Payroll Manager on special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance Business Administration (preferred)/10+ years payroll experience
- Certified Payroll Professional designation preferred.
- Managerial/supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of payroll systems and processes for 3000+ employees for a large company.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Workday and Pay @ Work a plus.
- Experience with NetSuite and FloQast.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
