PCA - Personal Care Assistant - Serenity Care and Compassion - Snellville, GA : Job Details

• Assists our extended family members with care including errands, transportation, bathing, grooming, hygiene and placement of adaptive equipment.
• With our extended family members, we like to engage with activities.
• If required a call bell is within reach of our extended family members and answers the call bell promptly.
• Reports all changes in our extended family member's condition to the supervisor as soon as possible.
• Assures that our extended family members are positioned appropriately for meals and serves meal preparation as well as assists with feeding as needed per individual plan of care.
• Completes all required documentation prior to the end of shift.
