CPM is a department within the College of Continuing Education at The University of Oklahoma. We provide public sector agencies, staff, service providers, clients and community partners training, research and consultant support for professional and programmatic development. We deliver cost-effective, customer-oriented solutions that are tailored to meet unique needs and situations.The Employer Service Representative serves as the point of contact and problem resolution for Oklahoma employers on all topics, processes and procedures related to child support enforcement.Duties include but are not limited to:* Processes documents related to medical support and income withholding received from employers, non-custodial and custodial parents, and Child Support Services personnel.* Update the Oklahoma State Information System (OSIS) to document the status and type of medical coverage, payments, employee hires and terminations, employee bonuses, and other various topics for each child support case.* Resolve case related issues and problems received from internal and external child support customers.* Serve as point of contact for employers and insurance plan administrators and initiate contact with employers as needed to review medical support and incoming withholding.* Partner with Child Support Services to complete specialized projects.* Researches, retrieves, and analyzes information.* Performs research functions, analyze data, and provide customer service and support.* Identifies discrepancies and resolve problems.* Researches state and federal policies to develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.* Participate on work teams to develop project goals and support materials.* Establishes and maintains professional internal and external relationships.* Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.This position is located in Norman Oklahoma. A hybrid work arrangement is possible after the initial training and onboarding period.* This position requires a background check that involves a national search and fingerprint search to be eligible for employment.
