Great communication & organizational skills.School Based Health Center services are coordinated with the students, their parents, their pediatricians, and other community- based providers.This is a 8am-4pm full time, day shift position for 12 months/yearPreferred
- Minimum of two years School Based Health or Adolescent Ambulatory Care experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Required
- Master's degree in Advanced Practice (PNP or FNP)
- Current NYS RN and NP licensure
- Board Certification (PNP or FNP)
- BLS Certification through the AHA
- Minimum of two years NP experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and triage skills
