Qualifications:

M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution

Experience providing pediatric and diagnostic services in a clinical setting

Board certification in pediatrics.

Successful completion of residency in pediatrics.

New York Medical Practitioner License, CDS, and DEA licenses.
