Assignment Length: 4-month contract with the option to extendJob Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team for a 4-month assignment starting in March. This position involves providing high-quality pediatric care to patients from newborns to 18 years old, with a focus on acute care, chronic illness management, and wound care.Key Responsibilities:* Provide direct pediatric patient care for newborns to 18 years old.* Address acute care needs, manage chronic illnesses, and deliver wound care.* Conduct well-child visits and other routine pediatric care.* Collaborate with a supportive team, including MAs, RNs, and front-office staff.* Work under the guidance of a supervising physician who is available on-call and on-site if needed.* Complete administrative tasks, including charting, with dedicated admin hours.Position Details:* Schedule: Flexible schedule; full-time hours up to 40 per week.* Example: 36 hours of direct patient care, 4 hours for admin work.* Location: May work at multiple sites within the system.
