Job DetailsResponsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Utilize agile methodologies, including SCRUM, to effectively manage projects and drive continuous improvement
  • Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Monitor project progress and track key metrics to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
  • Oversee the development and implementation of infrastructure and security measures
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and best practices
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing
  • Drive documentation and knowledge management efforts to capture project learnings and best practices
  • Ensure high-quality output and deliverables that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to inform project strategy and decision-making
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the financial industry or a related field
  • Strong knowledge and experience with agile methodologies, including SCRUM and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure, delivering on time and within budget
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Projects
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies, particularly .NET and C#
  • Familiarity with IT management principles and best practices
  • Experience with merger and acquisition projects is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement
  • PMP or CAPM certification is highly desirable
