It was born out of the frustration of dealing with high volume and low relationship based healthcare. We strive to be a world class physical therapy clinic where patients are guaranteed individualized attention, customized exercise programming, and hands on treatment that helps them get back to and continue doing the activities they love. Our practice is comprised of orthopedic and pelvic floor patients to whom we offer individualized one-on-one Physical Therapy, Strength Training, Deep Tissue Laser, Dry Needling and Shockwave Treatment. What you can expect from us:Attractive pay with paid-time off, medical benefits, and continuing education reimbursement.Outstanding work culture and supportive environmentOpportunities for growth and mentorship.Part-time or full-time opportunities available.The successful candidate will possess the following:Doctorate in Physical TherapyNew Jersey Physical Therapy License or met the requirements for testingMotivated to continue and further their knowledge and skills through coaching and continuing educationA desire to provide world class care and get the best outcomes for their patientsThe following would be considered an asset to the position but not essential:Dry needling certification meeting 80 hours of required continuing education hour for New Jersey.Interest and/or experience in pelvic floor physical therapyThe ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of outpatient job experience, preferably in pelvic floor physical therapy, be highly motivated, and ready to soak up information.Must have taken or willing to take Herman Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1 or APTA Pelvic Health Level 1Certification in strength and conditioning is a plus (but not a requirement).What is so unique about this position?
