The role includes comprehensive training aimed at obtaining the necessary licensing and certification for operating heavy construction machinery, specifically focusing on equipment such as Heavy Truck/Tandem Axle (HT/TA) and loaders with a bucket capacity of 4.5 cubic yards or less. Trainees will gain hands-on experience in conducting and documenting essential pre- and post-operation inspections, making field adjustments to ensure safe equipment operation while minimizing wear and tear. Additionally, the position requires proficiency in using a range of hand and foot controls, adhering to safety protocols by utilizing seat belts, and managing the installation and removal of tire chains on dual wheels.Interested in learning more?
