The PRT Client Manager (PRT CM) has overall accountability for day-to-day operational performance for their aligned client(s). The PRTCM manages the operations teams to deliver quality administrative services. Also, partnering with other support areas such as technology, customer care, etc. The PRT CM will be the main point of contact for the client on daily service delivery. They will support their Senior Client Manager/Client Leader in delivering best in class solutions for their client(s).
Responsibilities- Utilizing expert knowledge of PRT/DB to interpret complex client requirements.
- Addressing questions related to unique situations, participant inquires, client escalations and requirements.
- Driving stable and consistent delivery from internal and external partners. Also using data to influence standardization and process innovation.
- Managing ad hoc client projects such as spins, freezes and acquisitions and also validating !CAT results.
- Partnering with Oversight & Excellence to reduce total cost to serve by identifying opportunities to reduce demand. Also driving efficiency and improving delivery quality.
- Communicating regularly with day-to-day client contact on delivery and projects. Acting as point of contact to groups such as Customer Care/Shared Services for client specific items.
- Supporting new Group Annuity Contracts/Deals from insurers.
Requirements- Experience with Pension Risk Transfer or Insurer Processing/Administration for Annuitant and/or Deferred Populations.
- Able to Effectively communication and influencing skills on domain and technical matters, internally and externally.
- Have proven analytical abilities and attention to detail when working with complex data. Have ability to be solutions oriented to report data to stakeholders. Also having expert knowledge of DB and technical systems.
- Have advanced management and organizational skills with ability to adapt to change.
Education- Bachelor's degree (business context preferred) or equivalent work experience required
- 3+ years in DB and a variety of team experiences
- 3+ years of coaching and leveraging work through others
