Blackstone's People Analytics team is devoted to maintaining and expanding the high-caliber workforce of the world's largest alternative asset manager. We are building the next generation of human resource systems, using best-in-class data science and analytics to optimize all aspects of the firm's workforce. Reporting & Insights is a front-line team, working directly with our clients, focusing on understanding business needs and rapidly developing production solutions to help our partners in HR and Blackstone's businesses make faster, more sustainable, more strategic, and more cost-effective decisions. This role will report directly to and work in partnership with the Vice President of Reporting & Insights.

Expected annual base salary range: $125,000 - $180,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
