This is a long term assignment (2 Years) *No Sponsorship Available* - * No C2C* Location: Allentown, PA or Remote/US Department: Human Resources Reports To: Sr Manager; Global People Data & Insights Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled People Analytics Sr Specialist with extensive experience in Workday & hr related analytics to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to conduct comprehensive analysis across various HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) topic areas and provide insightful data storytelling. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business problems into analytical solutions, delivering actionable insights to leaders and business partners. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis across HR COEs, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, Performance, and Succession.
  • Utilize Workday to build, extract, manipulate, and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and deliver compelling data storytelling presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders and business partners to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Design and implement analytical approaches to solve complex business problems and improve HR processes.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and performance indicators.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in people analytics and HR technology.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in people analytics, with a strong focus on Workday.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Power BI) and data management languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A global mindset, encouraging collaboration and innovation across different cultures and regions.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Experience with Workday reporting, dashboarding, discovery boards, and Prism is a plus.
