People Data Review Program Manager IV Remote Summary: The People Data Review Program Manager will join the People Risk, Privacy, Compliance (PRPC) team to work across our key partners to lead risk initiatives to scale our global program. Specifically, the People Data Review Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end assessment of employment and privacy risk in new and novel use cases impacting People Data. The ideal person will have proven risk management skills, be a systems thinker, and have experience leading highly complex and highly matrixed company initiatives. Requirements: Collaborate with key Legal, Privacy and HR business programs and product owners define program requirements, set priorities, and establish scope which includes defining the roadmap and long-term strategy of the teams and respective leadership.
