This company has built an open-source coding assistant that integrates with Visual Studio Code, helping developers code faster and more efficiently.

Since January 1st, they have doubled their user base to over 500,000, and their product has earned over 27,000 stars on GitHub. They are backed by a $5M+ seed round and are experiencing rapid growth, with a Series A raise expected soon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage HR processes, including onboarding, compliance, and employee relations.
• Support candidate vetting and hiring efforts in collaboration with recruitment partners.
• Maintain a productive and efficient office environment.
• Provide general operational support to leadership and the broader team.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a similar role, ideally in a startup environment.
• A proactive, hungry mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Compensation:

• Base salary: $100,000 - $160,000
