The People Operations Partner plays a pivotal role in shaping a positive employee experience by leading strategic initiatives related to compensation, onboarding, HR analytics, and engagement. This role focuses on leveraging data and technology to foster an inclusive culture that aligns with the organization's mission, vision, and values. Supporting both corporate and clinic employees, the People Operations Partner ensures organizational alignment and a high-energy, collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement competitive compensation and rewards packages through market analysis to attract and retain talent.
- Utilize HR analytics and data insights to drive employee satisfaction and engagement strategies.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding processes to integrate new hires into the company culture.
- Conduct orientations and provide resources to support employee success.
- Manage People Services initiatives within Workday, focusing on reporting and project logistics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate updates on policies and engagement activities.
- Create incentive programs and events to foster a motivated workforce.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance the employee experience.
Experience & Skills:
- Proficiency in HR analytics, employee surveys, and data visualization.
- Expertise in compensation analysis and benefits benchmarking.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS platforms, particularly Workday, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Strategic thinker with innovative approaches to align HR goals with organizational objectives.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
Education:
- Minimum 35 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is highly desirable.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
