As a People & Recruiting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and growth of Builders Capital by driving talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement strategies. In this role, you'll collaborate with hiring managers, source top talent, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Your efforts will directly contribute to employee retention and organizational success while fostering a workplace culture that values innovation, growth, and inclusivity.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with leadership to understand staffing needs and craft effective recruitment strategies.
- Source Top Talent: Identify and attract candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Candidate Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate Recruitment Processes: Manage logistics for virtual and in-person interviews, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and communication.
- Onboarding: Assist new hires during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
- Manage ATS: Oversee the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain organized records of recruitment activities and candidate communications.
- Optimize Processes: Identify and implement improvements to enhance the recruitment workflow.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager, Talent Acquisition or in a similar recruitment role.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive Mindset: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and seek continuous improvement opportunities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ATS platforms and HR tools; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
