Utilizes standard scripts, quick reference guides, FAQs, LCMC Health HR policies, process documentation, and other reference materials to either answer customer questions or escalate them to the appropriate team. Supports continuous improvement in refining the delivery of HR inquiry and transaction management. Your Everyday. Identifies and troubleshoots customers needs while handling different topics and stressful situations professionally and helps to de-escalate situations. Utilizes appropriate scripts and reference materials while attempting to resolve the customers inquiry upon first contact. Escalates priority inquiries and routes to the appropriate team/team member.
