Duration: 12+ month contract

Must Have:
10+ years' experience working with multiple versions of PeopleSoft and PeopleTools across multiple HCM modulesPrevious experience as a HCM Techno-Functional Lead for 5+ implementation and/or upgrade projects5+ years' experience using PeopleSoft North American Payroll module including implementation, design, and customizationWorking experience and understanding of PeopleSoft HCM applications v 9.2 and PeopleSoft Tools v 8.54Experience with implementation, design, configuration, and customization for PeopleSoft Garnishment, Payroll, and Workers Compensation modulesFull life-cycle support experience in requirements gathering, fit/gap system analysis, design, development, quality assurance, documentation, testing, training, production stabilization, and implementation planningAbility to construct application flows for core business processes and create function design for application customizations/enhancements including interfaces and reportsProficient with SQL and PS/Query for reviewing data, troubleshooting and testing/validating source system dataExcellent writing skills including experience creating functional specifications, design documents, training materials, test scripts, etc.Excellent communication skills including group/committee presentation and working/leading staff and managementProven ability to evaluate configuration options to leverage PeopleSoft delivered functionalityNice to have:
Knowledge of Report Distribution Tools such as VISTA plus, LRS products etc.Working with enterprise-wide, large-scale implementationsExperience working within a matrix environmentQualifications
