Role Overview: In this role, you'll be at the forefront of managing and coordinating HR reporting, compliance, and projects, all aimed at enhancing the people experience at CMSPI. We're on the lookout for a proactive go-getter who can collaborate with various stakeholders-including leaders, subject matter experts, cross-functional teams, and vendors-to drive a broad range of people-centric initiatives. By leveraging data-driven business insights, you'll be instrumental in refining our HR processes and operations. If you're a highly collaborative HR professional with a knack for best practices in compliance, reporting, project management, and process excellence, we'd love to have you on board. Key focus areas include:
- Cultivate an exceptional employee experience at CMSPI by ensuring seamless people processes from onboarding to offboarding.
- Maintain compliance with global laws and regulations by keeping policies, procedures, employment contracts, offer letters, compensation agreements, handbooks, and employee files current and precise.
- Deliver insightful people data analytics and dashboards for Executive Leadership and Board meetings.
- Oversee and coordinate the people team's project deliverables, including employee surveys, learning initiatives, OKR management, and performance review cycles, collaborating with team members to achieve timely and successful outcomes.
- Create templates, documentation, and process workflows that enhance efficiency and simplify global people processes.
- Manage and assist employees during global leaves of absence, working closely with leaders, finance, and other relevant parties as needed.
- Guide employees through visa and immigration procedures, ensuring compliance in the respective regions.
- Proactively anticipate the needs of the team and provide supportive assistance.
RequirementsYou are a great match if...
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience; ideally, you'd have a background in small or start-up environments.
- Bachelor's degree is required, e.g., Business Administration, English or Communications, it is not necessary to have completed a HR specific degree.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a solid foundation in reporting and proficiency in tools like Excel, along with familiarity in various HR technologies such as HRIS, ATS, Performance & Survey tools. We aren't tied to a specific software, but we are eager to find someone who embraces tech!
