- Six or more years of business analysis experience in a PeopleSoft environment in each of at least five of the following knowledge areas (as defined by the International Institute of Business Analysis A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge ® {BABOK® Guide} ):
- business analysis planning and monitoring •elicitation and collaboration
- requirements life cycle management
- strategy analysis
- requirements analysis and design definition
- solution evaluation
- Six or more years of experience in reading and creating SQLs
- Six or more years of experience utilizing an understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and table structures.
- Experience performing business analysis in several of the PeopleSoft modules HCM, CRM and FIN
- Demonstrated understanding of the interrelationships between modules specified in the CRD
- Experience developing solutions emphasizing use of delivered functionality either to removing existing customizations or to provide solutions to business need
- Business Analysis experience working in a government setting using PeopleSoft
- Six or more years of experience utilizing PeopleSoft Application Designer as a reference tool for functional design, support, and troubleshooting.
