PeopleSoft HCM Technical Benefits Consultant Full-timeJobsbridge• 7+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM Benefits.• Must have knowledge on Benefit configuration including eligibility rules, event rules, benefit plans, benefit rates, calculation rules, coverage formula, and benefit programs.• Must have experience with eBenefits, life/job events, and eBenefits customization.• Experience providing support during Annual Enrollment and handling outbound interfaces to benefit providers is required.• Functional knowledge of various benefits plans for the North American region, especially the US, is a must.• Hands-on experience in at least two benefits implementation projects for the NA region is required.• Hands-on experience with SQR, PeopleCode, Application Engine (AE), Component Interface (CI), file layout, and application packages is necessary.• Strong experience in handling clients independently and excellent communication skills are required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
