Job DescriptionSaint Joseph's Medical Center is seeking a Per Diem CT Technician. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing medically prescribed radiographic and CT procedures. Utilizes computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce cross-section images of patient's internal organs and tissues for the diagnosis of medical issues. Accurately interpret a physician's scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, prepare and operate the CT scan equipment and position the patient to capture the appropriate images.Education and Qualifications Requirements:Graduate from a formal Radiologic Technology Training Program approved by the American Medical Association;Basic Life Support (BLS)Certified by American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT)Advanced certification in Computerized TomographyLicensed in State of New York as Radiological Technologist.Salary: $47.00 an hourSaint Joseph's Medical Center is an equal opportunity employer.Interested applicants should submit resume to: [email protected]
