Position Overview

• Respond to inquiries regarding potential admissions and general questions.
• Gather necessary information to facilitate efficient admissions processes.
• Direct referrals for individuals who may not be suitable for admission.
• Conduct pre-authorization of services to ensure compliance.
• Welcome patients and complete admission paperwork upon their arrival.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.

Certifications/Licenses: CPI/CPR as per policy. Current licensure or certification by discipline is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in crisis management or intake is highly desirable.
