Sundays 12 pm to 8 pmBilingual Required: Spanish/EnglishRate of Pay: $30/hr We are looking for a professional staff member qualified to perform on-base and on-call duties within the Rockland County Mobile Response Support Services (MRSS) team and provide follow-up support and linkage to community as needed. Job Description: Clinician will work as a team with a Family Partner to provide child and family driven mobile outreach services as a means of crisis intervention, hospital diversion, and skill building to support healthy family functioning and goal setting. Short term mobile response team will work with children and family for a minimum of initial meeting and up to 8 weeks as driven by the family. In this role you will: -Clinicians are required to be skilled in the clinical triage and assessment of all emergency, urgent, and routine calls -Knowledgeable about all Rockland County resources with particular knowledge of the services of the Agency -Be able to assess needs of each individual served and intervene as appropriate to the situation -Be able to coordinate outreach services, service planning, follow-up support and administrative back up as needed and clinically appropriate -Work in compliance with MRSS, agency and regulatory procedural guidelines -Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess: -Master's Degree and NYS Licensure LMSW, LCSW or LMHC -1 to 3 years' experience preferably with individuals with mental health diagnosis -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Flexibility with hours as may require some evenings and weekends -Bilingual English and Spanish or English and Haitian speaking a plus Access offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage; an array of voluntary benefits (term life, whole life, identity theft protection and pet insurance); Healthcare and Daycare Flexible Spending Accounts; employer paid Short Term Disability, LTD and AD&D; a matching 403(b) retirement plan, generous paid time off, paid holidays, accelerated holiday pay and tuition assistance.
