Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, provide treatment, and develop requisite plans of care for outpatient physical therapy patients.
• Relationship building: focused attention on individual relationships with patients and referral sources.
• Willingness to learn statistical/data tracking software and electronic medical records system.
• Proficient in both hard and soft skills in regard to patient care and case management.

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work on an as-needed basis, allowing for a customized schedule that fits your availability.
• We are looking for someone who is compassionate and enjoys communicating with others. We want someone who interested in taking an active role in the individual patient experience.
• Capable to solve issues in real-time and in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Support clinic leadership and clinical team in daily operations of the clinic.

Qualifications

• Doctor's degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum
• Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice in PA
