Perennials and Sutherland Inside Sales Representative - SAN FRANCISCO DESIGN CENTER : Job Details

We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong communication skills, a passion for luxury products and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment in our beautiful San Francisco Studio.

• Engage with potential and existing clients in person, via phone, email and online platforms to understand their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate on interiors projects, including client needs, conceptual and schematic design, design development, and management of budgets and schedules.
• Resolve customer concerns regarding products and services to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Create detailed and accurate sales quote detailing selected products, quantities, and pricing, presenting timely and professionally, with appropriately timed client follow-up.
• Using Salesforce, maintain accurate records of all communications, quotes and client interactions.
• Strive to achieve and exceed sales goals given by showroom.
• Collaborate as a team to generate new clients and cultivate sales.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.
• Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Suite Word/Excel/Powerpoint.
• Microsoft Outlook Inbox Management.
• Experience in Salesforce a plus, or other CRM system.
• Minimum of two years of inside sales experience, order processing, payment deposits.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Physical Requirements- must be able to lift and move up to 10#.
