Collaboration with other roles within the Global and Regional SHES (Safety, Health, Environment and Security) teams and operational resources will be an essential element of this position.We are open to this person sitting anywhere in the United States, working remote.Support compliance with global regulatory requirements related to Health.• Provide health subject matter expertise and support to SHES Specialists and Operational Leaders.• Experience with designing and implementing psychosocial risk management frameworks in large organizations.• Experience with risk assessment methodology for the management of health hazards.• Design, develop and review Health Standards, Group Procedures, guidance material and training.• Provide subject matter expertise and contribute to the health assurance program.• Maintain Health master data and analytics for Orica, including Health risk bowties, health material risks and health major hazards and key control.Monitoring of internal and external Health issues, trends and opportunities.• Travel up to 25%Sound knowledge of health regulatory frameworks, SHES Management systems, SHE assurance and auditing frameworks and risk management.• Bachelor degree + in related health disciplines such as Organizational Psychology or similar• Work effectively across business unit boundaries to develop and align diverse stakeholders* We foster relationships and learning through connected global and local teams, promote flexible and diverse career paths and support the development of your knowledge and skills.Full Time Salary~$Eligible for annual short-term incentive plan(Salary to be determined by the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)Orica does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role.
