Performance Program Senior ManagerCompany:The Boeing CompanyThe Global Talent Management organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Performance Program Senior Manager to lead our processes and program design initiatives. This role can be based in Seattle, WA, Berkeley, MO, North Charleston, SC or Arlington, VA.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management and process design, with a proven track record of enhancing organizational performance through effective program implementation. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive performance improvement initiatives and foster a culture of excellence.Position Responsibilities:

  • Simplify and Redesign Enterprise Performance Management Processes
  • Oversee the end-to-end design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the performance review process and tools, ensuring consistency with our values, quality of feedback across the organization and various personas
  • Drive enhancements to the process that increase effectiveness and foster a transparent, objective performance culture
  • Drive Alignment of Performance Programs with Organizational Goals
  • Ensure performance management programs, including goal setting, are scalable, measurable, and actionable, driving both operational success and long-term business growth
  • Partner with stakeholders and leadership to ensure programs are align with business objectives and strategy
  • Foster a Culture of Continuous Feedback and Employee Development
  • Establish a feedback-driven culture, promote regular feedback, equip managers with tools to support employee development and performance growth
  • Ensure employees receive ongoing feedback that supports individual and professional goals.
  • Oversee Execution of Annual Performance Process
  • Partner with HR teams, compensation team, and tech to set the annual performance schedule within the Annual Talent Management calendar
  • Improve the annual goal setting and feedback processes and launch forms
  • Monitor adoption and completion of processes, and analyze issues and deterrents to adoption to address in real-time or as part of the performance product roadmap
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience working with executives and leaders regarding strategic business goals and objectives
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources including talent management, human resources, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience managing direct reports
  • Experience developing and executing talent management strategies
  • Experience designing and implementing policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience with Agile, 4-in-the-box (4ITB), or previous product manager roles
  • Experience designing and implementing complex processes or products across office employees and Production & Maintenance employees
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to communicate, build buy-in, and influence across broad stakeholder groups
