A healthcare facility in Midland, TX, is in need of a Medical Physicist to join its Radiation Oncology team and provide physics consultation to all Radiation Oncology personnel concerning aspects of patient care and treatment. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated radiation therapist to join our dynamic team at our Midland locations. As a radiation therapist, you will be responsible for utilizing advanced medical equipment, including the Varian 21iX Clinac, GE PET/CT, MOSAIQ ROIS, Eclipse, and RadCalc, to provide precise and effective treatment to an average of 30 patients daily. Working alongside a team of 5 board certified radiation oncologists, 5 board certified medical physicists, 6 dosimetrists, 5 chief radiation therapists, and 6 CT technicians, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care. Proficiency in utilizing various QA tools, such as Profiler2, MapCheck2, SNC Routine, and 3D scanning system, to ensure accurate treatment planning and execution will be essential in this position.

The facility provides a competitive range of compensation for this position. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience and specific office location. It is possible that this position can be hired outside of this salary range based on experience.
