Private client is looking hire a part-time House Manager/Personal Assistant in Phoenix, Arizona 85021. The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate should be kind, hard-working, and capable of assisting the client with a variety of household responsibilities. The perfect candidate will help the client manage her household, communicate with vendors, and oversee household renovations including outdoor renovations and gardening. Additionally, the client seeks a candidate who enjoys light cooking and can assist with weekly grocery shopping. The perfect candidate will work well with others as there is a houseman who lives in the house and assists with cleaning and organization of the house. What Works Best for Family: This client is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide approximately 30 hours of assistance per week for the first 6 months with the option to go to 50 hours a week after 6 months. While the client is in need of someone Saturday and Sunday 10 AM - 2 PM and at least 3 weekdays 10 AM - 4 PM. A typical day would involve preparing a simple breakfast and morning coffee for the client as well as an easy lunch and dinner. The candidate would also be responsible for running errands such as returns and grocery shopping, and managing the vendors and home renovations within the residence. It is essential that the candidate likes cats, as the client owns two and there is pet care involved in the job. The client is looking to work closely with someone who demonstrates excellent communication skills, reliability, and the ability to provide compassionate care. This is a professional-level position requiring a high degree of responsibility and discretion Requested Duration: Minimum of 1 year, but she would love to find someone to be with her for many years to come.
