Seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our clients CFO/Founder. This is on the private side, not corporate.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative, logistical, and personal tasks, with a focus on ensuring the smooth operation of the CFO/Founder's daily activities and schedules.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide comprehensive executive-level administrative support, including managing the CFO/Founder's calendar, arranging travel and accommodations, and coordinating meetings and events
- Assist the CFO/Founder with day-to-day tasks such as obtaining water/coffee, scheduling appointments, and communicating with vendors.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to anticipate the CFO/Founder's needs
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, communication, and patience while working closely with the CFO/Founder
- Exhibit a high degree of flexibility in your schedule, as the demands of the role can fluctuate significantly
- Be available to work at least one weekend day per week, with the understanding that your schedule may vary from week to week
- Accompany the CFO/Founder on business and personal trips, both within the country and internationally, for short or extended periods as needed
- Ensure the CFO/Founder's travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and meals, are seamlessly coordinated
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting a senior-level executive
- Must be tech-savvy, understanding Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, Google Suite, Chat GPT, Email and other common productivity tools.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage changing priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of emotional intelligence and empathy
- Proficient in calendar management, email coordination, and general administrative tasks
- Highly flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with an evolving schedule and the potential for extended travel
- Valid driver s license and active passport
Typical Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST
- At least one weekend day per week
- Schedule may fluctuate due to the nature of the role
Compensation and Benefits:
- $100,000 to $120,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
