A conservative, faith-based radio station is seeking a reliable and attentive Personal Assistant to support account executive who is visually impaired. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have a heart for assisting others, we encourage you to apply.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Oregon Driver's License to drive company vehicle; sometimes you may have to provide your own transportation to transport individual to work-related errands and appointments (gas paid by employer)
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with common office software
Preferred (not required):
- Prior administrative experience

- The ideal applicant will possess exceptional active listening skills, writing skills that include typing, grammar and clear handwriting and demonstrate patience and proactive approach to daily tasks
- Comfortable with the company's mission (conservative and faith-based) and working with individual who are visually impaired
- Personal social media cannot conflict with the company's principles and values
- Primary role is to help support individual team member; even if this individual is absent from work, work can be done and will be assigned
- This employer conducts a background check before first day of employment
Job Duties:
- Assist account executive with daily office activities including email management, transcription of written content; send proposals and check or reply to emails
- Assist in organizing, planning, scheduling, and keeping a productive workflow
- Make and receive phone calls on behalf of team member; maintain a list of scheduled calls for each day and make appropriate notes
- Perform any additional tasks as delegated
Pay / Benefits:
- Starting at $15 per hour; wage increase based on performance

Hours:
- Monday through Friday typically 8 am to 4 pm
