The Role:

The firm is seeking an experienced and highly discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to 3–4 senior family members within their Family Investment Office. This is a unique opportunity to manage the personal, business, and household affairs of an Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) family, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across multiple residences and personal engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level personal and administrative support to senior family members.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and complex travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare documents, and handle email and correspondence.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Oversee the daily personal, business, and household operations of the family, ensuring all needs are met efficiently.
  • Oversee and maintain the family's art collection, including coordinating with galleries, art handlers, and insurance providers.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Personal Executive Assistant, preferably in an investment or financial environment.
  • Proven ability to maintain long-term commitments and deliver sustained contributions in previous roles.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Polished, discreet, and professional demeanor, with the ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
  • Proven ability to manage both personal and household responsibilities at the highest level of service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
