A prominent individual seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Assistant to support their personal and household needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting a high-level organizational and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel Coordination: Plan and confirm personal travel arrangements, and accommodations – hotels, flights, reservations, car, etc. Assist with packing/unpacking; ensure seamless experiences with wardrobe organization – updating inventory.
  • Gift & Event Planning: Own gifting program for clients, key relationships, and employees (holidays, milestones, etc.)
  • Schedule Management: maintain a calendar for appointments, meetings, and reservations.
  • Household Support: Organize and manage personal matters including deliveries, pickups, and running errands – coffee, lunch, reordering/ restocking personal items, etc.
