To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, an asset management firm located in Midtown East, is seeking a TTP Receptionist/Personal Assistant for their office. This role will be 5 days in office with working hours being from 8:30am-5:30pm. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand upon their personal assistant skills in a tight knit administrative team. Responsibilities:
  • Research and arrange hotel and transportation options for personal and family travel.
  • Maintain and update all calendars, including personal engagements.
  • Schedule various appointments, such as medical visits and dinner reservations.
  • Complete and submit necessary documents, including waivers and travel forms.
  • Assist with wire transfers and banking transactions.
  • Support miscellaneous tasks, including catering for family events and managing invitations.
  • Stocking the kitchen/pantry with supplies and snacks as needed
  • Technology help around the office as requested
  • Ad hoc tasks as needed Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of personal assistant experience
    • Knowledge of Outlook and Zoom
    • Smart, outgoing, professional, intuitive
