This role will be 5 days in office with working hours being from 8:30am-5:30pm. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand upon their personal assistant skills in a tight knit administrative team. Responsibilities:
- Research and arrange hotel and transportation options for personal and family travel.
- Maintain and update all calendars, including personal engagements.
- Schedule various appointments, such as medical visits and dinner reservations.
- Complete and submit necessary documents, including waivers and travel forms.
- Assist with wire transfers and banking transactions.
- Support miscellaneous tasks, including catering for family events and managing invitations.
- Stocking the kitchen/pantry with supplies and snacks as needed
- Technology help around the office as requested
- Ad hoc tasks as needed Qualifications:
- 3+ years of personal assistant experience
- Knowledge of Outlook and Zoom
- Smart, outgoing, professional, intuitive
