This position requires you to have your own transportation to be able to transport clients Heartfelt Connections Home Care is seeking outstanding Care Providers! We are also looking for someone who lives or willing to travel to Martinsville Indiana. Requirements: • Must be 18 years or older (maturity is a must) • Driver's license and social security Card or government issued ID • Own transportation and the capability to transport clients • Ability to pass a background check • CPR/First Aid certified • Proof of negative TB test within in last 12 months (preferred) • Genuine care for others and the willingness to learn

• Must be willing to work 1 Weekend per month
