Job Description :
Provides secretarial and receptionist support for the Personal Care Services Program. Performs screening of incoming phone calls, message transmission and monitoring of location of on-duty staff. Conducts initial or in-person assessment prior to initiation of client services. Supports clients and their caregivers in creation and modification of individualized Care Plan. Performs routine and specialized tasks related to the records of Personal Care Services clients and personnel records of agency staff. Supervises personal care assistants, assigns staff to client care duties, evaluates staff performance/competency, resolves client problems/complaints, and promotes staff development. Files documents in client charts and maintains the client chart filing system. Performs word processing, computer data entry, filing and photocopying.
