The Resident Care Aide (RCA) provides resident assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), while maintaining a clean and safe living environment and encouraging the highest level of independence for the resident. RCA will assist in development and implementation of resident assessment and support plan. Entry level friendly paid on-the-job training. * Starting Rate: $18.00 and up for experience + $1.50 shift differential + $1.50 weekend premium *Starting rate for Med Techs is $18.50/hr + $1.50 shift differential + $1.50 weekend premium 11p-7a or 3p-11p and includes a weekend rotation.
