  • Personal trainer certification from a recognized organization such as NASM, ACE, ACSM, or NSCA
  • CPR/AED certification OR ability to obtain one
  • Proven personal training experience with a track record of successful client outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and injury prevention
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed
A bachelor's degree in a field like exercise science or kinesiology would be preferred. Experience working in a country club or high-end fitness environment or exercise certifications (i.e., yoga or strength training) would be a bonus.IS THIS PERSONAL TRAINING POSITION RIGHT FOR YOU?As a Personal Fitness Trainer, you build positive connections with our country club's members and support them as they exercise. Working with members in group and one-on-one settings, you develop personalized exercise programs to meet each person's needs and goals. You keep things light and positive, and you collaborate with other fitness pros to provide the best personal training services.
