Seeking associate with experience ranging from 2 years to 10 years. Qualifications
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Must be admitted to practice in NY
  • Experience in litigation (plaintiff or defense)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Independently manage a caseload involving MVA and Premises cases
  • Work closely with other attorneys and paralegals.
  • Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
Pay Range $80,000 - $135,000 (plus incentives based on performance to be discussed)
