Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to secure the best outcome for clients.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and motions.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients, explaining options and potential outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with legal staff, paralegals, and support teams to ensure efficient case handling.
• Stay updated with the latest personal injury laws and regulations in Indiana.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Indiana State Bar license (required).
• 3 years of experience in personal injury law (preferred).
• Proven track record in handling personal injury cases from start to finish.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and legal research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and efficiently.
• Client-focused attitude with an emphasis on obtaining favorable results.
