CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Improve client athletic performance, reduce injuries, and teach lifelong fitness and movement skills

* Communicate with members interested in training and assessing their needs in order to build an appropriate and customized program based on their goals and desires

* Remain people-oriented and focused on the true needs of clients in order to provide the best kind of care and growth

* Ensure you are familiar with the memberships and classes offered on site as well as clinic operations

* Establish and maintain a strength and conditioning program for all clients, devising training plans according to scientific principle and based on the needs of their physical capabilities

* Keep an organized and clean workout space that appropriately serves our facility and represents Ivy Rehab professionally

* Maintain a professional image when representing Ivy Rehab - in the gym or at community functions

* Follow policies, procedures, and plans for safe and professional operation of the facility

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

* Certification for personal training (A.C.E., N.A.S.M., etc.)

* Active CPR certification

* Liability insurance through Ivy Rehab or personally acquired

* Knowledge of fitness equipment and machines

* Dedication to exceptional patient care experience and customer service

* Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

* Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations

* Flexibility to work varied shifts and possible weekends
