Personal Trainer/Senior Staff Member

Candidates must be local, or willing to relocate with employer provided assistance package.

Join our team of professionals in State College, Pennsylvania as a Senior Staff member. Our culture and commitment to excellence makes One on One truly special. We are not a health club; we do nothing but specialized fitness and nutrition programming.

Ideal candidates are exceptional personal trainers who also have a desire to work with a small leadership team to successfully manage the day-to-day business.

Expectations include:

• PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING. One on One will provide fitness clients upon completion of One on One's Personal Fitness Instructor Program. Senior Staff members are expected to deliver personal and small group training sessions.
• EDUCATION. One on One places a premium on continued education. In addition to training new team members, Senior Staff members are expected to provide education for our team of personal trainers, dietitians, and interns.
• QUALITY CONTROL. Senior Staff members are expected to manage the quality of the One on One experience, ensuring that both clients and team members are consistently having the best possible experience.
• STAFFING. Senior Staff members are expected to assist with recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding an adequate number of fitness professionals to allow for One on Ones continued growth.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
