About the RoleAs a Team Lead, you will oversee daily operations while ensuring efficient team performance and adherence to government processes.
Responsibilities:Take daily attendance and approve timesheets to ensure invoicing accuracy.
Manage requests for PTO and communicate with appropriate federal staff.
Collect monthly statistical metrics and assist in onboarding new employees.
Collaborate with management to address performance concerns and escalate significant issues.
Maintain effective communication with Unit Chiefs, Program Managers, and Lead Security Specialists.
Submit bi-weekly reports to PSI management.
Must hold a Personal Security Specialist (PSS) Grade 4, 5, or 6.
Strong multitasking and time management skills.
Detail-oriented, flexible, and possess excellent communication skills.
Ability to foster teamwork and deliver outstanding customer service.
Positive leader with high expectations and accountability.
