• Competitive hourly compensationthis position pays between $35,000 to over $60,000 annually with opportunity to earn production and sales commissions;

You will?

• Deliver high quality pest management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to residential, industrial, institutional and commercial customers;??

• Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling pest matters;?
• Seek opportunities for customer base growth;?
• Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing pest management services;?
• Develop and maintain records of field activities, such as but not limited to service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements;?

?And serve as a key member of the branch team!?

• Must be at least 18 years old, no experience in pest control necessary?
• High School Diploma/GED?

• Valid drivers license?
• Experience in home services industry is preferred?but not required

?

Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.??

Physical Demands / Working Environment:?

Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations:??

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturers weight capacity?
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to obtain pesticide licensure within training period (company paid)
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.?

• Able to work in all types of weather conditions?
