Pest & Termite Technician Responsibilities Complete company paid training to learn pest control skills. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within assigned territory. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services. Serve as a problem solver for customers to determine the best pest/termite solutions. Complete all required service-related documentation using a hand-held device. Requirements for Pest & Termite Technician High School Diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Ability to pass a drug screen and background check. Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment. Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments. Ability to work in crawlspaces and attic spaces. Pest & Termite Technician Compensation & Benefits Competitive earnings and a company vehicle with gas card upon route assignment. Starting pay of $20.00 an hour plus commission.
