And that's where you come in!We're looking for a Pet Groomer Extraordinaire who has the skills to snip, clip, and pamper pets until they strut out the door looking and feeling their absolute best. If you're someone who can handle a ruff day with a smile, loves getting your paws dirty, and wants to work in a pet-friendly environment that's as fun as it is rewarding, we want you on our team! What You'll Do (Aside from Making Pets Look Adorable):

• Groom with Grace: You'll bathe, trim, clip, and style pets of all shapes, sizes, and personalities - from fluffy Pomeranians to sleek Greyhounds, and everything in between. Each pet will leave looking their absolute best (and smelling amazing)!
• Master of Scissors: Whether it's a breed-specific trim or a custom look, you'll use your scissor skills to make every pet look like a million bucks. We're talking top-tier cuts, not just a quick snip-snip.
• Pet Whisperer: Some pets might need a little extra TLC. You'll be the calming force, helping pets feel relaxed and comfortable in a busy grooming environment. A gentle hand (and a few tasty treats) can work wonders!
• Tail-Wagging Customer Service: Build strong relationships with pet parents by listening to their needs and offering advice on how to keep their fur babies looking fresh between visits.
• Grooming Product Guru: Know your shampoos from your conditioners and your flea treatments from your de-shedding sprays. You'll recommend the best products to keep pets looking (and feeling) great!
• Keep Things Clean & Safe: Grooming can get messy, but we'll leave our space spotless! Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring grooming tools, equipment, and stations are sanitized and ready to go for our pets and their owners!
• Build Lasting Relationships: Develop strong, long-term connections with pet parents by understanding their pets' unique needs and offering personalized product and service recommendations to keep their furry friends healthy, happy, and looking their best.
• Community Engagement: Participate in community outreach efforts to attract new customers and neighbors to our store, helping to build brand awareness and grow our loyal customer base.
• Team Collaboration: Assist other store team members during slower grooming periods, supporting the overall store operations and creating a smooth, efficient working environment.

RequirementsWhat We're Looking For:

• Experience with Pets: We are looking for someone who has 1-2 years experience grooming, working with animals and a passion for making them look fabulous, we're excited to meet you!
• Attention to Detail: A perfectly trimmed tail or a well-blended coat takes a sharp eye and a steady hand. You'll need to spot every knot and stray hair!
• Patience & Pawsitive Attitude: Not every pet is ready for their close-up, and not every pet parent is a grooming expert. Patience and a calm demeanor are essential, no matter how much the dog tries to wiggle out of your arms!
• A Heart Full of Love for Animals: This one's non-negotiable. You must genuinely love working with all kinds of pets - big, small, fluffy, or feisty - and have a true passion for keeping them happy and healthy.
• Flexible schedule: Afternoons and evenings are preferred and weekends/holidays are required! Pets should be ready for their close-up at all times!
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, or move merchandise, equipment, or pets weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Stamina & Mobility: Must be able to stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods during grooming sessions.
• Training Commitment: Complete the Safety, Bather/Brusher, and Grooming Academy Certification within the first six months of employment.
