PFF Manufacturing Specialist1st Shift Summary:The Manufacturing Specialist performs functions related to document issuance, document review, inventory management , data entry and data collection. The Manufacturing Specialist will work closely with shift Supervisor and Coordinator/Production Planning to ensure all required documentation is readily available, may be asked to maintain training requirements and provide reports when necessary. Primary responsibilities for role:* Orders/obtains dcouments required to produce all Grifols Manufactured products.* Reconciles bill of material (BOM) for each lot processed through manufacturing* Orders required commodities for production runs based on production schedule. * Performs physical inventory with Accounting department as required.* Performs tasks related to document issuance (Runbooks) and SAP inventory controls. * Maintains, issues and reviews logbooks* Transfers completed production documents to Quality for review/archive. * Reviews documentation and enters production data into Bioman or WIPs. * Coordinates/performs cycle counts to ensure accurate inventories* Coordinates product transfer and completes requried transactions in MFG/PRO/Or other software* May be asked to assist with oversight of training qualifications within manufacturing (ie Filling, Packaging, Purification, etc..).* Maintain departmental in-process spreadsheets for management review as required. * May be asked to assist on the production line as needed at a Tech II level or above. EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent plus Bioworks certificate (specific to GT only) or high school diploma or equivalent plus at least 1 year of experience in a regulated environment (i.e. FDS, USDA, NRC) ExperienceMay be required to be Certified to operate manufacturing equipment. In addition, must maintain all training requirements for a Tech II level is preferred.EquivalencyDepending on the area of assignment, directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the stated requirements. Example: If a job level typically requires an Associate's degree plus 2 years of experience, an equivalent could include 4 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree.
