Duration is 1 year contract based, with the full possibility of extension.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience ; Associate or bachelor's degree (preferred) with 2 years of relevant experience. Proven experience in document management and data entry; previous administrative experience or Quality Assurance experience is a plus.Utilize Microsoft Word to create, format, and edit documents as needed. Use Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization (charts/graphs).Responsibilities:Organize, file, and archive physical and digital documents in a systematic manner. Develop and maintain naming conventions and categorization for easy retrieval of documents. Accurately enter and update data in various systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
