Position: Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Analyst

Client: Confidential Federal Government Agency

Location: 80% on-site in Washington DC. Candidates Must Reside in DC

Note: Must be a US Citizen able to obtain a Government Clearance

Role: The Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Analyst will work closely with the government clients to analyze global health supply chain and administer surveys and analyze data to better understand the US pharmaceutical manufacturing capabilities, infrastructure, and determine the safety and integrity of the US API industrial base.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and publish surveys to API manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, and customers
  • Collect, analyze, and aggregate survey data focused on supply chain production capabilities, sources, risks, R&D, and other factors to be determined by the federal client organization
  • Produce assessment reports based on survey data to determine the safety and integrity of the US API industrial base
  • Conduct analysis of federal supply chain related policies, regulations, and standards
  • Prepare executive level briefings based on analysis and recommendations
  • Product data visualization dashboards to accurately share pertinent information to federal stakeholders across federal agencies
  • Provide administrative support for various meetings, briefings, and other cross-agency collaborative events

Qualification Requirements:

  • BS in Global Health, Health Supply Chain, Government, Public Policy, etc.
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of direct experience supporting global health supply chain initiatives is required
  • Experience collaborating across federal agencies, API manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, and customers
  • Demonstrated subject-matter expertise in global health supply chain, pharmaceutical management and supply chain systems
  • Must have understanding of the US Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) industrial base polices and priorities
  • Must have understanding of global health supply chain policies, regulations, and risks
  • Must have understanding of health supply chain networks
  • Must have experience developing data visualization dashboards (i.e. PowerBI)
  • Must have experience in planning, conducting, evaluating, and reporting on industrial surveys
  • Must possess strong information and data analytical skills
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be a US Citizen
